2. Q: How can I order?
A: You can order easily using our online store.
When you find a product you like, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

3. Q: What are the types of orders on OmahaPackingBags.com?
A: There are two types of orders.
'Pay on Pickup' orders: easy and quick, make your orders online, pay with cash when you pick it up. Only at Omaha, NE currently.

Shipping orders: Ship out in 24-48 hours with tracking#, most delivered in 3-7 business days.

Note: We're currently only able to offer in person pickup for Omaha area customers. Please be aware that we will not be able to fulfill your order if you select 'Cash on Delivery" when you checkout from locations where you could not go and pick up the order.

4. Q: How to make 'Pay on Pickup' orders?

A: Step 1: Start your order online, add items to the shopping cart, click 'Proceed to Checkout'
Step 2: Complete the online order, choose payment option 'Cash on Delivery', Enter 'Billing Address' with phone number for faster pickup notice, click 'Complete order'

Step 3: Wait for your 'Order is ready for pickup' text message, respond back the meet time for pickup. Pay cash, sign a receipt, and collect the order.

Note: the health and safety of our employees and customers remain our top priority, we currently only meet at the following location: 1010 S 189th St, Parking Lot, Omaha, NE 68022, between 9am-5pm.

5. Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: You can use all the major credit cards.

6. Q: How can I change delivery address?
A: Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can change all your contact information.

7. Q: How can I get offer of bulk amounts?
A: When you are logged in and you add products to shopping cart, at the final step pf checkout process, you’ll be able to see the total price and discount information for your purchase. To get a higher discount on large orders, please contact sales@omahapackingbags.com.

8. Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product. Please contact sales@omahapackingbags.com

9. Q: Do I have to order online?
A: You can also send your order to sales@omahapackingbags.com. Online ordering is preferred in most cases because by ordering online, you will save time, you will have easier payment process and all the information about the order will be accessible for you anytime.

10. Q: Do you have the product in stock?
A: All the products which are shown on our site are available.

11. Q: How to contact customer service?

A: If you want to return a product, please apply return in your account.

13. Q: How do create an account?
A: Go to this page https://omahapackingbags.com/account/register,  then just fill in all the needed information and click “create”.  After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified.

A: You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.

15. Q: How do I change my personal details or email address?
A: You can easily change all your information on your account.  Go to login page (https://omahapackingbags.com/account/login) and log in, then click “my account” and “edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.

16. Q: Can I track my order?
A: We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent. Besides local pick up orders, all other orders can be tracked on TrackMailPro.com or USPS.com

17. Q: Shipping time?
A: Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document.

18. Q: Shipping cost?
A: We offer free shipping storewide!

19. Q: Changing the shipping address?
A: You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”.  You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if you need. Just click “edit” below “shipping address”.
